Baltimore City Department of Transportation COVID-19 Update
BALTIMORE, MD. — Today, Mayor Bernard C. “Jack” Young issued new guidance to city agencies as it relates to public interaction.
Due to the potential spread in Baltimore City of COVID-19, and for the protection of the general public and our employees, the Department of Transportation - Right of Way Services Division, located at 401 E. Fayette Street, will be closed to the public beginning Monday, March 16.
Until further notice, no permit applications will not be accepted in person.
Special Event permit applications for activities such as Block Parties, Special Events, Ceremonial Street Signs, Event Parking, Horizontal Banner and Street Vending Licenses & Permits can be found online by clicking here.
