PABC Office Closed to the Public, March RPP Permit Extension Granted Due to Coronavirus/COVID-19

Baltimore Residential Permit Parking

Due to Governor Hogan’s recent prohibition of large gatherings and in an abundance of caution for public health, the Parking Authority of Baltimore City (PABC) office will be closed to the public beginning on Monday, March 16, 2020 until further notice.

All Residential Parking Permits (RPP) that expire in the month of March 2020, will be honored until further notice. One-day parking permits (yellow)  are not included in this grace period.

Community pickups and extended hours for March, 2020 are canceled.

Residents who have not renewed their permits are encouraged to purchase permits online at https://pabc.thepermitstore.com/. We will send an update with more information on obtaining permits by March 20, 2020.

Information will be posted on the Parking Authority Webpage and the following RPP area webpages:

Area 3 (Bolton Hill): https://parking.baltimorecity.gov/residential-parking/neighborhoods/bolton

Area 36 (Morgan Park): https://parking.baltimorecity.gov/residential-parking/neighborhoods/morganpark

Area 37 (Charles Village West): https://parking.baltimorecity.gov/residential-parking/neighborhoods/charles

To obtain a permit for a new vehicle, or if you are a resident who recently moved into an RPP area, please call 443-573-2800 during regular business hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm) or email rpp@bcparking.com for instructions. PABC staff will be available to assist customers unless the office needs to close entirely.

Thank you for your patience as we work to develop contingency plans to help keep our community safe during this time.
