PRESS RELEASE

City Resumes Online Payments for Property Taxes and Parking Violations

BALTIMORE, MD.  — The online payment portal for Baltimore City property taxes and parking violations has been restored. Residents can now go online and pay red light, speed camera, and parking violations, as well as their 2019/2020 property tax bills.

The City will not assess any late fees for parking tickets issued during the months of May, June or July of 2019. The application of late fees for parking tickets will resume in Baltimore City on August 1, 2019.

The City has removed all late fees that were automatically applied to violations that were assessed in May, June, and July. A small amount of customers may have paid erroneous late fees. We are currently setting up an online process for customers to request a refund if they have paid undue late fees.
