Warren Road Bridge Repairs Complete
Repairs completed ahead of schedule and bridge is now open to commuters
The Baltimore City Department of Transportation is pleased to announce that the Warren Road Bridge repairs are now complete. With repair work finished ahead of schedule, the Warren Road Bridge is now open to commuters.
The Warren Road Bridge, which crosses over the Loch Raven Reservoir, has been closed to vehicular traffic since March for emergency repair work to the bridge superstructure. Repair work, which was expected to be finished by mid-August, has been completed ahead of schedule and the bridge was reopened today in time for the afternoon/evening commute.
Located in Baltimore County, the Warren Road Bridge is owned by the Baltimore City Department of Public Works and managed by the Department of Transportation. Department of Transportation Acting Director Frank J. Murphy would like to thank area residents, businesses and motorists for their patience during construction, as we worked to ensure the safety of the bridge and improve the transportation network in Baltimore’s watersheds.
