BPD: Homicide Suspect Identity Sought - 400 Blk N. East Ave.

BALTIMORE, MD / September 16, 2011 - The Baltimore Police Department is investigating a fatal shooting incident that occurred on June 21st, 2010, within the southeast portion of the city.  

 

Just after 2:30 am, officers responded to the 400 Blk of N. East Ave. and located 30 year-old Durell Cartwright, who was suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.  He was transported by Baltimore City medics to Johns Hopkins Hospital where he succumbed to his injuries just after 3:00 am.  

 

Investigation has revealed the person in the attached photo array is a person of interest. Anyone with any information concerning his identity or whereabouts is urged to call the Baltimore Police Department's Homicide Unit at 410-396-2100.  As always, information may be provided anonymously.
