CHAP Approves Revisions to Historic Preservation Design Guidelines

At the October 13, 2015 hearing of the Commission for Historical and Architectural Preservation, revisions to the Baltimore City Historic Preservation Design Guidelines were approved by the Commission. The staff report detailing the revisions is available on the CHAP Website. An updated version of the Design Guidelines will be published shortly.
