Job Title: Paralegal II (2) Contractual Position Type: Contractual Full Time
Salary: $20.93 - $31.96 per hour. The salary range is based on a multitude of factors including applicable Personnel rules, regulations, and guidelines.
Location: Department of Housing and Community Development 7800 Harkins Road, Lanham, MD 20706
Telework Status: A hybrid remote telework and in-office schedule option may be available per OAG's policies and procedures.
Description: The Office of the Attorney General is seeking applicants for a two contractual Paralegal II positions at the Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development. Position responsibilities primarily will include commercial lending, real estate transactions and litigation support. Job responsibilities will include but not be limited to: drafting pleadings, loan, and grant documents; assisting at loan closings; tracking and reviewing pre-closing and post closing loan and grant documents; document and scheduling management; closing binder preparation; and general office support.
