Job Title: Contractual Law Clerk   Position Type:  Contractual Full Time(1 Full-Time or 2 Part-Time)

Location: Office of the Attorney General, Department of Human Services 311 W. Saratoga Street, Baltimore, Maryland 21201

Description:  The Office of the Attorney General for the Department of Human Services is seeking candidates for one full-time or two part-time positions for a contractual law clerk vacancy.  This is a paid position (salary is commensurate with experience).  Applicants must be current law students or recent graduates.  The position will be available as of April 20, 2022, but start date is flexible.  

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, legal research; review, preparation, and management of legal documents; writing of advice memoranda; assisting attorneys with discovery and trial preparation; maintaining the law library; and attending depositions, hearings, and trials.
