Description:  The Office of the Attorney General is seeking applicants for an Assistant Attorney General at the Maryland Department of Human Services.  

This attorney will represent the Department, its officials and employees, and the local departments of social services, in State and federal court in a variety of trial and appellate litigation and will provide advice to the Office of The Secretary and the Social Services Administration about various matters including child welfare and adult services.
