Health Consumer Alliance (HCA) Medi-Cal Changes for Adult Immigrants in 2026 and 2027
Good News: Medi-Cal is NOT changing for many people!
These individuals can keep Medi-Cal with dental and no premiums, regardless of immigration status: children (under 19 years old), current and former foster youth (under 26 years old), and pregnant and post-pregnancy people (up to one year after the end of pregnancy).
