The Nancy Jamison Fund for Social Justice
The Nancy Jamison Fund for Social Justice awards $50,000 in unrestricted funding to leaders advancing racial equity and social justice in San Diego County.
Nancy Jamison believed in the power of individuals in our region to make a difference. True to the passion of the fund’s namesake, the Nancy Jamison Fund for Social Justice celebrates the people behind the work. The Nancy Jamison Fund for Social Justice seeks to support under-celebrated individuals working towards racial equity and social justice – in any capacity – throughout San Diego County.

2025 Innovative Initiative
Alliance Healthcare Foundation (AHF) seeks promising innovation to transform the current health paradigm of high cost and poor outcomes to improve quality, increase capacity, and reduce costs for the most systemically marginalized and under-resourced populations in San Diego County.
AHF seeks market-based and/or transformational systems-change solutions with the potential to improve access, quality, and health outcomes for low-income residents in San Diego.

2025 - 2026 Safe & Stable Housing Fund Grant Cycle: Seniors
The Coastal Community Foundation Safe & Stable Housing Fund at San Diego Foundation (Coastal Safe & Stable Housing Fund) seeks to fund organizations serving community members at risk of becoming homeless, with the goal that they remain stable in a home of their own.
This annual grant cycle is committed to the financial support of projects proposing to address urgent needs of seniors struggling to remain housed or age in place (through homelessness prevention and/or diversion efforts) and have a positive impact on the community by addressing unique housing and other related issues faced by seniors.
Focus area: Seniors living in North County San Diego.
Grant requests will be accepted between $10,000 and up to $40,000 for a 12-month grant cycle.

Empowering Tobacco Prevention Efforts in Tribal Communities
The California Department of Public Health's (CDPH) California Tobacco Control Branch seeks to fund up to six (6) Federally Recognized California Tribal Governments to address tobacco-related disparities affecting the American Indian population.
The funding term will be September 1, 2025, through June 30, 2029 (tentative).
The maximum award for the full 46-month period is $766,667 per awardee.

Humanities for All Quick Grants
Humanities for All is a grant program that supports locally initiated public humanities projects. This program responds to the needs and interests of Californians, encourages greater public participation in humanities programming, particularly by new and/or underserved audiences. It aims to promote understanding and empathy among the state’s peoples in order to cultivate a thriving democracy.
Funding amount: Between $1,000 and $5,000

Greenhouse Gas Reduction Loan Program
The Greenhouse Gas Reduction Loan Program provides funds to support new or expanded organics infrastructure, such as composting and anaerobic digestion facilities, as well as for facilities that manufacture fiber, plastic, or glass waste materials into beneficial products.
