Campus Sexual Assault (CT) Program
The California Governor's Office of Emergency Services (Cal OES), is offering a 2024-25 Campus Sexual Assault (CT) Program. The purpose of the Program is to maintain a comprehensive, coordinated, community response that is victim/survivor-centered, enhances victim/survivor safety, provides confidential services to sexual assault victims/survivors, holds offenders accountable, and includes comprehensive outreach activities at institutions of higher education.
The program is seeking to award 1-7 grantees and the amount of total estimated available funding is $1,431,500.

Prebys Sparx Challenge
In August 2024, the Prebys Foundation launched Prebys Sparx, a groundbreaking challenge aimed at improving youth mental health and well-being across San Diego County. Prebys Sparx seeks innovative solutions that leverage the power of arts, culture, and nature to address mental health challenges among San Diego County's youth ages 0-25.
This exciting initiative offers $1.1 million in prizes, with up to four honorable mentions each receiving $25,000 and one grand prize winner awarded $1 million.

Inflation Reduction Act Community Change Grants Program
The Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) new Environmental and Climate Justice Community Change Grants Program has announced a Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) for approximately $2 billion dollars in Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) funds. These funds will be used for environmental and climate justice activities to benefit disadvantaged communities through projects that reduce pollution, increase community resilience, and build community capacity to address environmental and climate justice challenges.

Community Food Projects Competitive Grants Program
The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) is offering a Community Food Projects Competitive Grants Program (CFPCGP). The CFPCGP is intended to bring together stakeholders from distinct parts of the food system and to foster understanding of national food security trends and how they might improve local food systems. Projects should address food and nutrition security, particularly among historically underrepresented communities, to ensure a comprehensive and sustainable approach to resolving food and nutrition security and hunger.

Ending California's Tobacco Epidemic in Every Community
The California Department of Public Health's (CDPH) California Tobacco Control Branch is funding up to 43 projects through its California Tobacco Control Program to accelerate momentum toward ending the tobacco epidemic in every community. The Program aims to accomplish this through policy, system, and environmental change strategies by increasing community engagement within populations disproportionately targeted by the tobacco industry.

CDPH Grants to Improve Vaccine Confidence
The California Department of Public Health (CDPH) Immunization Branch is excited to grant $1.9 million in three Requests for Applications (RFAs) to increase vaccine confidence in under-vaccinated and hard-to-reach populations in California.
Eligibility requirements and application materials and details can be found here, and applicants must submit project proposals by June 30, 2025.

Greenhouse Gas Reduction Loan Program
The Greenhouse Gas Reduction Loan Program provides funds to support new or expanded organics infrastructure, such as composting and anaerobic digestion facilities, as well as for facilities that manufacture fiber, plastic, or glass waste materials into beneficial products.
