Fitness Challenge Starts August 14
Thank you for joining the Live Well San Diego 5K Fitness Challenge! We’re excited to train with you and share our favorite exercise tips to help support your fitness journey.
We’ve also planned some fun fitness meet-ups with Sirius Fitness, OG Yoga, County Parks, and other Live Well Partners so we can enjoy a workout together.
Let's get ready to run, walk, or roll (wheelchairs welcome!) together in the Live Well San Diego 5K on September 17.

Weekly emails (or texts):
Check your email every Monday for your weekly briefing offering exercise tips and tricks, encouragement, and a preview of the weekly training plan and fitness meet-ups.
Group training:
You don’t have to do the challenge alone! We’ve put together some great meet-up opportunities around the county to help you meet new people and try new things.
Social media support:
Remember to also follow us on social media @livewellsandiego5K for additional updates and tips!
We want to see you in action! Share a picture with us on social media by making your post public and tagging our page. Be sure to use the hashtag #LiveWellSD5K. We’ll try to include your pic in our stories!
