NEW ORLEANS, LA - The New Orleans City Council will hold its next regular meeting tomorrow, June 4, to consider several agenda items, including:

Ordinance No. 35,434, which authorizes the Mayor to execute Amendment No. 1 to the City's Cooperative Endeavor Agreement with Ubuntu Village NOLA, which aims to reduce crime and incarceration among nonviolent offenders with behavioral health needs.

Ordinance Nos. 35,450 and 35,451, which amend the Operating Budget of Revenues and Expenditures, respectively, to appropriate funds for the implementation of the NOPD 8th District Drone Program within the French Quarter Economic Development District.

Motion M-26-225, which selects the Times-Picayune/The New Orleans Advocate as the official journal for the City of New Orleans beginning June 1, 2026 and ending May 31, 2027.

Resolution R-26-238, which recognizes and supports community blood donation efforts during June and July 2026, encouraging residents, businesses, schools, churches, and organizations to participate in blood drives and community service.

Resolution R-26-240, which gives preliminary approval for the City of New Orleans to issue up to $110 million in Taxable Limited Tax Bonds in one or more series. The bond proceeds would be used to pay City operational costs, cover bond issuance costs, and more.
Councilmembers will enter into an Executive Session at approximately 11:30 a.m.
