Please Read this Notice Carefully – Online License Renew Processing This letter is to inform Trade License holders of the recent changes for submitting License Renewal Application. We have begun accepting online license renewal application via the One Stop App online portal. On April 1, 2026, this will be the primary method of accepting this type of license renewal application. Requirements For Submitting License Online: • If you already have a OneStopApp account, complete the Trade License Holder: Web Application Requirements form attached to this email to have your license linked with your web account. Please include all license number(s). • If you do not have a OneStopApp account, go to the onestopapp.nola.gov (https://onestopapp.nola.gov/Account/Register.aspx) website to set up a new account. Then complete the Trade License Holder: Web Application Requirements form attached to this email to have your license linked with your web account. Please include all license number(s). Please send the completed Trade License Holder: Web Application Requirements form to onestopapp@nola.gov. If additional assistance is needed, please contact One Stop App Team at (504)658-7143 or email: OneStopApp@nola.gov Before starting a renewal application, please visit the City of New Orleans’ Permits & License – Business sections of the website (https://nola.gov/next/services/permits/business/) to find your specific license type. This will provide you with a list of required documents to be submitted with your renewal of your trade license application. All trade licenses may be renewed within 30-90 days before the expiration date lised on your current license. To avoid delays with your day-to-day operations, we recommend that you renew your license within this time frame. Submitting a complete renewal application packet (all required documents uploaded in the application on OneStopApp.nola.gov website) will help avoid delays in processing your application. All applications are processed in the order received. If you have any questions, please contact our office at 504-658-7107 or email us at tradelicenseinfo@nola.gov |
