NEW ORLEANS — This Cinco de Mayo weekend, the Mayor’s Neighborhood Engagement Office is teaming up with city departments, schools, local businesses, and community organizations to host a Young Adult Career Fair designed to connect young professionals with real job opportunities, career resources, and community support — all with a festive twist! Attendees will enjoy free burritos while networking with employers and industry professionals.

 

The event will take place on Saturday, May 3rd at 11 a.m. at the New Orleans Science and Math High School Gymnasium. This career fair brings together businesses, nonprofit leaders, and career experts to help empower the next generation of workers across the Greater New Orleans area.

 

Event Highlights:

• On-site employer booths and interview opportunities

• Career coaching and résumé assistance

• Access to community resources and job training programs

• Free burritos for all attendees (while supplies last)

The fair is free and open to the public. Registration is encouraged but not required.
