 NORD is proud to announce Devon 'Muscle' McGrew, Jr. as this week’s Athlete of the Week. Devon, 10 years old, plays quarterback and safety for the Kerry Curley, Devon had 4 tackles, ran for 3 touchdowns and threw for another in a dominating performance; leading the Kerry Curley Chargers to victory against the Willie Hall Panthers in a crucial Division I matchup. As a 5th grader at KIPP Morial School, Devon also participates in basketball, baseball, and track. His favorite athlete is Shohei Ohtani. Congratulations to Devon for his outstanding performance and contributions on the field. We look forward to continuing to celebrate the achievements of more talented young athletes throughout the season.
