NORD Fall '24 Movies in the Park starts, this evening!

Join us this evening for our Fall Movies In the Park Series #1! Tonight will be playing: TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES: MUTANT MAYHEM! Location: Greenway Station Station (inside) 500 N C Francis Parkway, NOLA, 70119. Movie begins at dusk. This event is FREE! Bring your own picnic, blanket and lawn chair! Fall '24 Catfish Stocking is back! Get Out & Fish!

 Get Out & Fish! Our 1st Catfish Stocking of the Fall season will be Thursday, September 19 at Joe W. Brown Ponds! Fishing starts at 3:30pm! One thousand pounds of fresh catfish will be stocked for all to fish. Bring your own pole & bait for a self-guided experience! For more information, contact NORD Outdoors at 504-658-3052!

Ballroom dancing classes are now available!

We now offer ballroom dancing classes! Ages 13 years and older! Every Tuesday and Thursday, from 10:00am-11:00am at Treme Rec Center: 900 N. Villere Street! For more information, call 504-658-3160! Let's go dancing!

Fall 2024 Movies in the Park series, is here!

Come experience the charm of 'Movies in the Park,' where community members of all ages can gather for free, safe, and enjoyable evenings under the stars. This fall, unwind in the fresh air with a classic outdoor movie night. **Remember to bring lawn chairs and blankets for a comfortable and relaxing experience. Participants under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. No pets, alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, firearms, weapons, smoking, or outdoor cooking are allowed during the event. Movies begin at dusk, and each film screening has an alternate, indoor location in case of inclement weather. Youth Back 2 School Jersey Jam is Friday, September 20th!

Parents! Our Youth Back 2 School Jersey Jam is back! Mark your calendar for Friday, September 20 at Milne Rec Center from 5:00pm-7:00pm. *Wear your favorite jersey!* Scan QR Code and register, today! For more information, call 504-658-3059.

E-Sports now at Milne Rec Center & Cut-Off Rec Center

Parents! Summer is over but our after school sessions are now in full swing! Sign-ups now available for NORD E-Sports programming at two locations: MILNE REC REC CENTER(5420 Franklin Avenue) & CUT-OFF REC CENTER(6600 Belgrade Street). Scan QR Code and get started, today! Girls on the Run Fall 2024 Registration is almost here!

Girls on the Run at Joe W. Brown, Mondays & Wednesdays from 5pm-7pm. This program promotes girl empowerment through lessons & running. Open to girls in grades 3rd-5th. Scholarships available! $25 5K registration fee will apply. SCAN QR Code to register!
