Missing Person Reported to First District
New Orleans - The NOPD is asking for the public's assistance in locating a person reported as missing in the First District.
Theron Carr (Pictured, black male, DOB: 9-12-2002), was last seen on May 17, 2023.
The reporting person stated that she spoke to Carr on the phone while he was in the 600 block of North Rampart Street at about 5:58p.m. on the date.
Since then, Carr has not been seen at home or work and he has not answered his phone.
Anyone with information as to the whereabouts of Carr is asked to contact First District detectives at (504) 658-6010.
