Juvenile Reported as Missing/Runaway to Fourth District

New Orleans - The NOPD is asking for the public's assistance in locating a juvenile reported as missing/runaway to the Fourth District. 

 

On March 30, 2023, the father of 16-year-old Breann Rachel reported her missing.   She was last seen in the 5200 block of Forest Park Lane around 8:00 p.m. that day. 

 

Anyone with information as to the whereabouts of White is asked to contact Fourth District detectives at (504) 658-6040 or Crimestoppeers at 504-822-1111 or 1-877-903 STOP.
