Missing Person

New Orleans, LA-Members of the New Orleans Police Department are requesting the public’s assistance in locating 27-year-old OnRae Cowan who was reported missing.

According to investigators, OnRae’s mother last spoke to him on October 20, 2022, and has not seen or heard from him since.
