NOTICE OF FUNDING AVAILABILITY  SMALL BUSINESS LOAN PROGRAM

The Louisiana Office of Community Development is issuing a Notice of Funding Availability for its SMALL BUSINESS LOAN PROGRAM. The purpose of the Small Business Loan Program is to fund participating community-based organizations and other service organizations to provide low-cost loans to eligible small businesses that are currently located in an area adversely affected by Hurricanes Laura, Delta, Ida and/or the May Flood of 2021. The SMALL BUSINESS LOAN PROGRAM is a competitive program and proposal submissions are defined in the NOFA.  

The NOFAs can be found on the OCD website at https://www.doa.la.gov/doa/ocd/contracts/ and the Restore Louisiana website https://www.restore.la.gov/small-business-loan-program. In addition, the Policy Guidelines and FAQs can be found the Restore Louisiana website.

 

  • Submit written NOFA inquiries to OCD.Economic_Development@la.gov.
  • Deadline to submit notice of intent is November 9, 2022.
  • Deadline to submit proposals is 5 p.m. November 30, 2022.
  • Only electronically submitted proposals will be accepted.
  • Submit electronic proposal to the following email address: OCD.Economic_Development@la.gov.
