NOTICE OF FUNDING AVAILABILITY
SMALL BUSINESS LOAN PROGRAM
The Louisiana Office of Community Development is issuing a Notice of Funding Availability for its SMALL BUSINESS LOAN PROGRAM. The purpose of the Small Business Loan Program is to fund participating community-based organizations and other service organizations to provide low-cost loans to eligible small businesses that are currently located in an area adversely affected by Hurricanes Laura, Delta, Ida and/or the May Flood of 2021. The SMALL BUSINESS LOAN PROGRAM is a competitive program and proposal submissions are defined in the NOFA.

- Submit written NOFA inquiries to OCD.Economic_Development@la.gov.
- Deadline to submit notice of intent is November 9, 2022.
- Deadline to submit proposals is 5 p.m. November 30, 2022.
- Only electronically submitted proposals will be accepted.
