Missing Person Reported to NOPD Third District
NEW ORLEANS – The NOPD is seeking assistance in locating an adult male reported to be missing.
On August 4, 2022, at about 3:25 p.m., Clement Bell Sr. (pictured) reportedly went missing from his residence in the Third District. The reporting person stated that Bell could possibly become agitated if approached by strangers
Bell is described as a black male standing about 5’8” and weighing about 195 pounds. He was last seen wearing jean shorts, sandals and an orange checkered shirt.
