2022 EMERGENCY RESOURCE DIRECTORY
For the third year, the Bureau of Purchasing for the City of New Orleans is going to create an Emergency Resource Directory of suppliers who are registered in BRASS and can provide goods and/or services during a declared catastrophic emergency event.
During a declared catastrophic emergency event, such as a hurricane or flood, the City of New Orleans will activate its emergency procurement process to purchase goods and services. While the City can use its emergency contracts as well as state contracts and other agreements, the City may find itself in need of additional supplier resources. This directory will be a critical tool for the City.
To build the directory, we need suppliers to complete and submit responses to a questionnaire (10 questions). There is no obligation to complete the questionnaire, but if a person does, know there is no cost involved.
