NEW ORLEANS – The NOPD has obtained an arrest warrant for Anthony Moss (pictured, black male, DOB: 03-03-1971) on multiple charges in the ongoing investigation of a domestic aggravated burglary incident on March 19, 2022, in the 7800 block of Bass Street.

Through investigation, NOPD Seventh District detectives determined that at approximately 9:43 p.m. on March 19, Moss (pictured, black male, DOB: 03-30-1971) allegedly forced himself into the victim’s home and took the victims vehicle keys. The victim and her children attempted to retrieve the keys and a struggle reportedly ensued, during which Moss allegedly produced a knife and stabbed the victim’s 12-year-old daughter once to the stomach. Moss then reportedly exited the residence and attempted to flee in the victim’s vehicle. The victim and children reportedly attempted to stop Moss from taking the car. However, Moss allegedly struck the victim and two of the children with the vehicle before fleeing in the victim’s 2014 Kia Forte four-door sedan, bearing Louisiana license plate 168-DYO.
