Runaway Juvenile Reported to NOPD Fifth District
NEW ORLEANS – The NOPD is seeking assistance in locating a juvenile male reported as a runaway.
At approximately 11:00 a.m. on January 19, 2022, 15-year-old Derrick Cooper Jr. (pictured, black male, 5’7”, 150 pounds) reportedly fled from his school after being informed that school administration was going to contact his parents regarding disciplinary action. Cooper was last seen wearing a white shirt, purple tie, gray pants and black shoes.
Anyone with additional information on Derrick Cooper Jr.’s whereabouts is asked to contact NOPD Fifth District detectives at 504-658-6050.
