City Temporarily Suspends In-Person Cashiering at the Claiborne Auto Pound
NEW ORLEANS — The City of New Orleans Department of Public Works has temporarily suspended in-person cashiering services typically available at the City’s Auto Pound Lot located at 400 N. Claiborne Ave.
Residents can make payments at the Administrative Hearing Center located at 1300 Perdido St., Room 1W09, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday through Friday; online 24/7 at nola.gov/pay-tickets or by calling the Parking Division Payment center at 504-525-0088 between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Only credit and debit cards are accepted. Cash, prepaid cards and cash app cards are not accepted.
Towed vehicles will continue to be available for pick up from 7 a.m. to 2 a.m., Monday through Sunday, with proof of ownership, a valid driver’s license, proof of payment and valid insurance.
Residents must wear masks to retrieve their vehicles.
