Aggravated Battery Subject Wanted in the Fifth District
NEW ORLEANS – The NOPD has issued an arrest warrant for Charles Frazier (pictured; DOB:06/28/80) who is wanted for an aggravated battery incident that occurred on September 21, 2020.
Frazier allegedly attacked the victim with a knife, and along with another subject, prevented the victim from leaving during the attack.
Frazier also uses the aliases Sasha Mitchell and Dominic Buhcannon.
