Missing Person Reported to NOPD Fifth District
NEW ORLEANS – The NOPD is seeking assistance in locating an adult female reported as missing.
Kameica Carter (pictured, female, DOB: 02-04-1983, 5’7”, 155 pounds, short sandy brown hair) was last seen by the reporting person on April 13, 2021 at about 11:00 p.m. The reporting person has had no contact with Carter since that time.
Carter was last seen wearing white shirt and gray sweatpants.
