Missing Person Reported to NOPD Fourth District
NEW ORLEANS – The NOPD is seeking assistance in locating an adult male reported as missing.
The reporting person last observed Herman Youngblood (pictured, DOB: 07-02-1990) in person and in good health on December 14, 2020 at about 10:00 a.m. inside of their residence.
Youngblood is described as a black male standing approximately 6’2” and weighing about 216 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black button-down Dickies shirt, stonewash jeans, black Timberland boots and a grey trenchcoat, with a hairstyle consistent with the included photo.
