Missing Person Reported to NOPD Eighth District
NEW ORLEANS – The NOPD is seeking assistance in locating an adult male reported as missing.
Ryan Bramlett (pictured, male, DOB: 04-17-1969) was last seen by his neighbors leaving his apartment building at about 6:00 a.m. on November 1, 2020. Additionally, Bramlett was scheduled for a medical procedure at an area hospital on November 1 but never arrived.
Bramlett was last seen wearing a dark-colored jacket, dark-colored backpack and light-colored shorts.
