Missing Person Reported to NOPD Eighth District
NEW ORLEANS – The NOPD is seeking assistance in locating an adult male reported as missing.
Johnny Anthony Carter (pictured, DOB: 04-29-1981) was last seen on November 23, 2019 at about 11:59 p.m. in the 400 block of Bourbon Street.
Carter, who is originally from Gulfport, Miss and is described as having special needs, is described as a black male standing about 5’11” and weighing about 180 pounds. He was last seen wearing a “hip hop outfit” with a do-rag tied around his head.
