Missing Person Reported to NOPD Eighth District
NEW ORLEANS – The NOPD is seeking assistance in locating an adult male reported as missing.
On November 24, 2019 at 12:00 pm, Jhustyn Martez Garrett (pictured, DOB: 03-08-1995) advised his roommate that he was going to get something to eat. Garrett then left his residence in the 600 block of Iberville Street. A short while later, Garrett contacted his roommate and advised her that he had given his food to a homeless person. At 2:00 p.m. that day, Garrett spoke with his mother. Garret has not been seen or heard from since that time.
Garrett is described as a black male standing approximately 5’10” and weighing 175 pounds. He has a known birth mark on his right arm.
