Missing Person Reported to NOPD Sixth District
NEW ORLEANS – The NOPD is seeking to locate an adult female reported as missing.
The reporting person stated the last contact she had with her niece, Jessica Ryan (pictured, DOB: 10-01-1985) was via Facebook on July 19, 2019 and observed Ryan was at a lounge in the 1600 block of St. Charles Avenue. Ryan has not been seen or heard from sin
Ms. Ryan is described as a white female, standing about 5’5” and weighing approximately 125 pounds with brown eyes and curly brown hair.
