Missing man Reported From General Taylor Street
NEW ORLEANS - The NOPD needs the public’s assistance in locating a missing man.
On May 18, 2019, Blake Navarro (DOB: 9-9-1999) reportedly left a psychiatric hospital in the 1400 block of General Taylor Street. Navarro left the local hospital without being discharged and has not been seen or heard from since. The reporting person says Navarro suffers from mental illness and may be under the influence of hallucinogenic narcotics.
Navarro is described as a white male, 5’11” tall and weighing 155 pounds.
