Missing Juvenile Reported to NOPD First District
NEW ORLEANS – The NOPD is seeking to locate a juvenile male reported as missing.
Carlos Taylor (DOB: 09-17-2007) was last observed on April 21, 2019 at 11:30 a.m. while wearing white shirt, black pants, red white and blue tennis shoes. He was last seen standing in the front yard of his residence in the 1900 block of Laharpe Street. Taylor stands about 4’3” tall and weighs about 100 pounds and has scars on his right arm.
