NEW ORLEANS — The final District E Open House for the planned bicycle network will be held tonight at the East New Orleans Regional Library (5641 Read Blvd.), 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. The meeting was rescheduled from last Thursday due to inclement weather.

The City of New Orleans’ Office of Transportation, in collaboration with the Department of Public Works, the City Planning Commission and our community partners, has been presenting a series of "open house" neighborhood workshops to engage residents about the upcoming plan to expand and improve the City’s bike network, also known as Moving New Orleans Bikes.

Click this link to check out our online survey and mapping tool, which collects very valuable information about where people are traveling by bicycle and where improvements to the network should be made.

Refresh your memory of the current bike network by reviewing the 2016 New Orleans Bike Map and Guide to Safe Cycling.
