Juvenile Reported Missing from Southlawn Boulevard
NEW ORLEANS – The NOPD is seeking assistance from the public in locating Kayla Kelly (DOB: 11/09/2003), who was reported missing in the Fourth District.
The reporting person told police that Kelly was last seen on March 19, 2019 at or around 6 a.m. in the 1300 block of Southlawn Boulevard. Officers were advised that the juvenile got onto her school bus that morning, but did not attend school that day.
The juvenile was last seen wearing a white shirt, a gray and brown plaid skirt, and black loafer style shoes with black braids in her hair.
