NOPD Searches for Subject Wanted for Stalking in the Third District
NEW ORLEANS - The NOPD is searching for a subject wanted for stalking in the Third District.
Tai Brandon Kelly (DOB: 7/22/1985) allegedly sent the victim numerous unwanted and unsolicited emails. A handwritten letter from Kelly was also sent to the victim’s residence.
