Missing Person Reported
NEW ORLEANS – The NOPD is seeking assistance in locating an adult male reported as missing.
On December 2, 2018, the reporting person told police that she last heard from Jacob Ryan Roman (DOB: 01-23-1989) on or about June 1, 2018, while he was in New Orleans for summer work. The reporting person said that Roman would regularly call or text a family member once per week to let them know he was alright. His cellphone is currently off and Roman’s family is concerned.
