NOPD Searches for Missing/Runaway Juvenile from the Seventh District
NEW ORLEANS - The NOPD is searching for a missing/runaway juvenile from the Seventh District.
Kayla Prosper (B/F DOB:04/09/2004) was last seen around 7 p.m. November 24, 2018 by her grandfather at their residence in the 4700 block of Raymond Joseph Drive. Kayla left the location in possession of her grandfather’s vehicle and has not returned home. The vehicle has since been located.
Kayla is described as five feet four inches tall, weighing 100 pounds.
