Missing Juvenile Reported
 
NEW ORLEANS - The NOPD needs the public’s assistance in locating a missing juvenile.
Cindy Torres (15-year-old) was last seen by her family, November 15, at their residence, located in the 6400 block of Medlock Street. Torres left her home without permission. She has not been seen or heard from since.
Torres is described as being 5’0” tall and weighs about 100 lbs. She was wearing a black jacket, black pants and black shoes.
