NOPD Seeks to Identify Individuals Near Location of Sixth District Homicide
NEW ORLEANS - The NOPD is trying to identify two individuals seen in the area around the time of a homicide that occurred in the Sixth District in 2016.
The victim, Thomas Rolfes, was found in the early morning hours of Saturday, May 7, 2016 in the 2900 block of Amelia Street at the intersection with South Claiborne Avenue.

The subject in the video and the subject pictured, were in the area of the homicide scene at or around the time the homicide occurred. Detectives are seeking to learn their identities and locate them for questioning to further the investigation. These individuals are not suspects.
