In an effort to be as accessible and responsive as possible
to residents, City Hall will establish Community Office Hours. This new
initiative is intended to provide an opportunity to discuss issues within the
community, and give residents the opportunity for direct dialogue with City
staff about interests and concerns.
The implementation of this initiative will begin Monday,
June 4, 2018, when City staff will spend regular office hours on Mondays and
Wednesday at varies locations within the community. Staff members from both the
Mayor’s Office and City Council district offices will be on hand to assist
residents address quality-of-life matters.
Community Office Hours will enable City Hall to be
accessible and helpful to more residents within neighborhoods. This
collaborative effort between City Council and the Cantrell Administration
will create a two-way street of effective communication and information
