Runaway Reported from Healthcare Facility in Fourth District
NEW ORLEANS – The NOPD is looking for a juvenile
reported missing from the Fourth District.
The incident
happened on May 7, 2018. At approximately 9:45 a.m., Jaquan Singleton (DOB:12/29/01)
was last observed leaving the Provisions Seaside healthcare facility, located in the
6300 block of Stratford Place, after a disagreement with the staff members.
Singleton has not
been seen nor heard from since that time. He is described as being approximately
5'5" and 120 pounds. He was last seen
wearing black jeans, a black jacket, a gray and red bulls ball cap and black and
white tennis shoes. He was last seen carrying a black backpack.
Jaquan suffers from impulse
control and conduct disorder and has only resided at this facility since Friday
(May 4).
