Missing from N. Broad Street
NEW ORLEANS – The NOPD is seeking
assistance from the public in locating George “Shocker” Sears (DOB: 07-20-1966)
who was last seen about three weeks ago, near the corner of North Broad and
Bienville Streets.
Sears was reported missing on Friday (April 13). The reporting
person told police Sears suffers with schizophrenia and has not been taking his
medications. He is known to frequent the Dollar General located at North Broad and
Bienville Streets.
Sears is described as 5’5 tall, weighing at or around 150
pounds, with a gray and black short haircut and a gray and black beard. He was
last seen wearing a black jacket with blue jeans and black tennis shoes.
