NOPD Searches for Subject Wanted in Aggravated Assault Incident
NEW ORLEANS --
The NOPD is searching for Dalvin Jackson (DOB: 03-11-1994) who is wanted for
his involvement in an aggravated assault incident that occurred near the
intersection of N. Claiborne Avenue and Port Street.
The victim told police he was traveling westbound on N.
Claiborne Avenue when he was cut off by another vehicle described as a 2003
green Ford Expedition bearing Louisiana license plate #617BTG. As the vehicle
approached the intersection of N. Claiborne Avenue and Port Street, the
passenger in the Ford Expedition retrieved a handgun and began firing several shots
in the air. The suspect then aimed the gun at the victim’s vehicle as he was
driving. The Ford Expedition then turned into Quicky’s parking lot located in
the 1500 block of Franklin Avenue and parked.
The perpetrator in this incident is described as a black
male with a mustache, goatee and a small bush hairstyle. The driver of the
vehicle is described as a black female, dark complexion, heavy built with
twists in her hair.
