Man Reported Missing from Group Home on Farragut Street
NEW ORLEANS – The NOPD is searching for a man reported as missing from a group home in
the Second District.
Aaron Smith (DOB: 09/09/1939)
was last observed leaving a group home in the 1700 block of Farragut Street on Sunday (Feb. 4) to
go for a walk . According to his caregiver and the
owner of the group home, he has not been seen or heard from since that time.
Smith, according to the complainant, was
diagnosed with several mental illnesses. He was last seen wearing a blue jacket,
blue jeans and dark-gray slippers or black shoes.
