NEW ORLEANS – The
NOPD Seventh District arrested Jerry Harris (DOB: 06/06/98) for aggravated
battery, aggravated assault with a firearm and two counts of simple battery.
Officers are currently looking for August Harris (DOB: 09/16/92) and Victoria
Harris (DOB: 11/28/93) regarding an aggravated battery incident involving two
victims.
The incident happened on December
30, 2017. At approximately 11:50 p.m.,
the above pictured subjects were involved in an incident in the 6000 block of
Chef Menteur Highway where two victims were struck with a firearm multiple
times to their heads. Jerry Harris is reportedly accused of pointing a firearm
at both victims. Harris was
apprehended by Seventh District officers, while August Harris and Victoria
Harris fled the scene.
Jerry Harris was booked into Central Lockup accordingly.

Jerry Harris (Arrested): relative to aggravated battery, relative to aggravated assault with a firearm and two counts of simple battery
August Harris (Wanted): relative to aggravated battery, two counts of simple battery and flight from an officer
Victoria Harris (Wanted): relative to aggravated battery
