NOPD Searching for Subject in Eight District Attempted Armed Robbery
NEW ORLEANS - The NOPD
is searching for a subject in connection with an attempted armed robbery in the
Eighth District.
On
Thursday November 30, 2017 around 9:03 p.m., the subject in question forced his
way into the courtyard of a home in the 1000 block of Elysian Fields Avenue
behind the victim.
The
subject produced a handgun, pointed the handgun at the victim’s head and made
verbal demands for the victim’s property.
The
subject fled the location south bound on Elysian Fields Avenue to North Rampart
Street and then westbound on North Rampart Street.
